  • Most clients do not. We design the property as a whole, then build it in phases in an order that does not create rework, so the patio does not get torn up in year three to run a gas line to the fire pit.
  • Design-build projects are typically scheduled a season ahead, and the best time to start a conversation about next spring is the fall before it. Design work happens over winter, which is when there is time to get it right.
  • That is a common starting point, particularly on properties where the original company is gone. We walk the site, document what is there, and tell you what it needs before quoting an ongoing schedule.
