Churches, HOAs, and local businesses can also contract commercial grounds care and snow removal.
Grading and Drainage on Flat Ground
Flat ground holds water.
Design near Plain City starts with where water goes during a heavy rain, then sets grading, swales, planting beds, and hardscape on one plan so standing water drains away from the house and patio.
Windbreaks and Native Plantings
Open lots catch the wind.
Rows of evergreens and native shrubs block it, frame the house, and give birds and pollinators cover. Rain gardens and dry creek beds handle runoff while adding interest.
Large Patios and Long Walkways
Bigger properties call for bigger patios and longer paths between the house, the garage, and outbuildings.
Each is built on a compacted base and graded to drain, and low walls for raised beds add height to an otherwise flat yard.
Pavilions and Outdoor Kitchens
A pavilion gives a country property a covered outdoor room, and an outdoor kitchen under the roof makes it a place to host dinners in any weather.
Pools With Room Around Them
A larger lot leaves space for a wide pool deck, a spa, and a lounge area without crowding the yard.
The pool is designed by Exscape Group’s pool team, with Polaris Pools’ specialty background behind it, and graded so surface water drains away from the deck.
Wood-Burning Fire Pits
Open space suits a full-size wood-burning fire pit with room for chairs all around it.
Gas fire pits and outdoor fireplaces are options closer to the house.
Driveway and Yard Lighting
Long driveways and dark rural roads make lighting practical as well as decorative.
Path lights, driveway markers, and accent fixtures on trees and the house guide guests in after dark.
Lawn Care for Larger Properties
Mowing, fertilization, aeration, and weed control are scaled to larger lawns, and zoned sprinkler systems put water where the lawn needs it most.
Scheduled bed and yard care covers beds and cleanups.
Grounds Care for Churches and Small Businesses
Businesses, churches, and HOAs near Plain City can bring mowing, bed care, and winter service under one account, including commercial mowing and bed care, snow plowing for rural lots, and commercial landscape additions.
