Hardscaping Customized to the Property

Paved patios, paver and stone walkways, retaining walls, raised garden beds, and stone or brick borders are each customized to the property.

Every surface is built over a compacted base and graded so water drains away, and walls for sloped yards create level space near the house.

About Galena, OH

Galena is a village in Berkshire Township, Delaware County, with roughly 920 residents and the 43021 ZIP code.

Platted as Zoar in 1816, it has had a post office under the Galena name since 1834. Old Galena sits on a peninsula between Big and Little Walnut Creeks at the north end of Hoover Reservoir.

About 1.5 miles of the Ohio to Erie Trail run through the village on a former rail line, passing Miller Park and crossing Little Walnut Creek. The Thomas W. Hopper Legacy Trail, first called the Galena Brick Trail, is named for the Galena Shale and Brick Factory that operated nearby from the 1890s. Kane’s Crossing Trail crosses Big Walnut Creek, and new neighborhoods are being built with access to the trail system. Wooded lots and creek frontage make planting, grading, and drainage central to most projects here.
