Landscaping for New Construction

A new yard often comes with thin topsoil, a few starter shrubs, and drainage that was never planned.

Design begins with a discovery session and a conceptual plan, then a 3D model shows the finished yard before an estimate is set. A backyard pond or fountain can be part of the first phase or added later.

Sprinkler Systems for New Lawns

New sod and seed need steady water to root in.

Sprinkler systems near Avon are zoned for lawn and beds separately, so each area gets the water it needs, and systems are opened in spring and winterized in fall.

First Patios and Walkways

A first patio is often the project that makes a new backyard usable.

Paver patios and walkways are built on a compacted base and graded away from the foundation, with room left to expand later.

Fire Pits and Outdoor Fireplaces

A fire pit or outdoor fireplace gives a new patio a focal point and a reason to stay outside after sunset.

Each is sized to the space and built in materials that match the pavers.
