Commercial Snow and Ice Management, Contracted Before the Season Starts
Winter is the one service decided months before anyone sees snow. By the time a forecast is on the news, the crews, the equipment, and the salt for the season are already assigned to somebody's property.
What Commercial Snow and Ice Management Covers
Plowing and lot clearing on trigger depths agreed in writing. Sidewalk and entry clearing, including the approaches people use rather than only the ones on the site plan. Ice management and pre-treatment ahead of a storm. Snow relocation and stacking. Service documentation for every event.

-
The property is clear before it opens.
A clearing time is only useful if it lands before your people and your visitors arrive. A retail lot that opens at ten needs to be done by seven. A medical campus with a six a.m. shift change needs it earlier. Those times go in the scope, and the night's route is built from them.
-
Your site gets planned for.
Tight turns, limited stacking room, doors on every elevation, a lot that has to stay open around the clock. Those are worked out in summer, in daylight, rather than at two in the morning during the first event.
-
Every event gets documented.
You receive a record of what was done, when the crew arrived, what was applied, and what the conditions were. That record is what settles a question two months later about a particular night.
-
The contract holds its number.
Seasonal agreements hold the same monthly figure through the winter regardless of how many events occur, which is what most multi-site owners want for budgeting.
Our teams hold Certified Snow Professional credentials.
How a Winter Season Gets Built
We walk the property in summer.
Surfaces, access points, stacking locations, and the hours the site has to be clear. All of it gets recorded while it is possible to see the ground.
The scope and the schedule are set before October.
Trigger depths, clearing times, ice management, and pricing in writing. Crews and equipment are assigned to your property at that point rather than allocated during a storm.
The season runs and every event is reported.
You get documentation after each service, and one point of contact who can answer for the site in January.
"Great company that cares about their community and those they serve. Would highly recommend on commercial landscape + snow removal."

How Exscape Group Operates on Your Property
One person who knows your property.
You get a single point of contact who stays with your account year-round. Not a rotating queue, not a different name on every email.
The crew serving you is based in your market.
Our branches cover Greater Cleveland and Columbus, so the team on your property is local to it. Local presence is how the company was built, not a byproduct of getting bigger.
Every visit gets written down.
After a service visit you hear what the crew saw, whether it was expected or not. Property history lives in one shared system across every branch, not in one person's truck.
We are still here after the install.
When the first fall arrives and you are wondering what to cut back and what to leave, someone answers. The team that builds your space is the team that cares for it.
We will tell you if we are not the right fit.
If your project is smaller, we will tell you plainly rather than take three weeks to not call you back.

Good Questions, Straight Answers
-
Exscape Group writes snow contracts in July and August, ahead of the season. By October the crews, equipment, and material for the winter are largely committed, and a late contract gets whatever capacity remains. Signing early is the difference between a plan and a scramble.
-
Exscape Group prices snow contracts by property size, surface types, clearing times, and the level of ice management the site requires. Seasonal contracts hold the same monthly figure through the winter regardless of event count, which is what most multi-site owners prefer for budgeting. Per-event pricing is available where it suits the property better, and the structure is agreed in writing before the season begins.
-
Exscape Group provides snow and ice management for commercial properties only. Homeowners looking for driveway clearing will need another provider, and services offered do vary by branch. Residential clients are supported year-round through landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and lawn care instead.
-
Exscape Group takes on mid-season snow contracts regularly, and winter is when it happens most. The property is walked and documented first so its current condition is on record, then the recovery and the ongoing schedule are scoped separately. Service begins once both are agreed in writing.
