Commercial Seasonal Color & Rotational Plantings • Local Branches in Cleveland and Columbus.
Commercial Seasonal Color Planted on Your Property's Calendar
Seasonal color is the smallest line on most grounds contracts and the one people comment on most. It is also the only part of the property that is supposed to change, which means a missed rotation shows in a way a missed pruning does not.Rotations are planned against your calendar at the start of the year, priced once, and planted on schedule.
What Commercial Seasonal Color Covers
Rotating annual displays at entrances, signage, and monument beds. Containers and planters at doors and gathering points. Bed preparation and soil amendment between rotations. Maintenance of the display through its season, including watering, deadheading, and replacement of anything that fails. Plant selection matched to light, exposure, and the way the property is used.

-
Rotations are timed to your calendar.
A school needs the entrance right for graduation and for the first week of term. A retail center needs it right before the season turns. A senior living campus has tour days. Those dates are set when the program is planned, and the rotation schedule is built back from them.
-
Plants are chosen for the bed they go in.
Full sun at a south-facing monument sign is a different plant list than a shaded courtyard or a container beside a loading area. Selections are made for exposure, water, and foot traffic, so the display still looks intentional in week ten.
-
The display is maintained, not just installed.
Watering, deadheading, and replacement run through the life of each rotation. A bed that looked right on installation day and thin a month later has not done its job.
-
The year is priced once, at the start.
The full program is quoted before the first planting, so seasonal color is a known annual figure rather than a series of separate approvals.

How Exscape Group Operates on Your Property
One person who knows your property.
You get a single point of contact who stays with your account year-round. Not a rotating queue, not a different name on every email.
The crew serving you is based in your market.
Our branches cover Greater Cleveland and Columbus, so the team on your property is local to it. Local presence is how the company was built, not a byproduct of getting bigger.
Every visit gets written down.
After a service visit you hear what the crew saw, whether it was expected or not. Property history lives in one shared system across every branch, not in one person's truck.
We are still here after the install.
When the first fall arrives and you are wondering what to cut back and what to leave, someone answers. The team that builds your space is the team that cares for it.
We will tell you if we are not the right fit.
If your project is smaller, we will tell you plainly rather than take three weeks to not call you back.

Good Questions, Straight Answers
-
Exscape Group plans most commercial color programs around two to three rotations a year, set during program planning rather than applied as a standard package. The right number depends on how visible the property is, how long each display can hold in its exposure, and the dates the property has to look its best. Programs are quoted at the rotation count the property actually needs.
-
Exscape Group plans color programs ahead of the growing season, alongside the recurring maintenance contract rather than separately. Planning early is what secures plant material and puts installation dates on the schedule before the season fills. A program arranged late in the spring is working with whatever material and crew time remain.
-
Exscape Group prices seasonal color as an annual program covering plant material, installation, and maintenance through each rotation. Cost is driven by the number of beds and containers, the rotation count, and the size of the display rather than by a per-plant rate. The figure is agreed before the first planting so it sits in the budget as one known line.
-
Replacement is part of the program rather than a separate charge. Crews are on the property through the season and report what they see, so a thin bed or a failed container is caught and replaced rather than left until the next rotation. The display is expected to hold for the whole season it was planted for.
