Commercial Landscape Maintenance & Grounds Care • Local Branches in Cleveland and Columbus.

Commercial Landscape Maintenance on a Schedule Your Property Can Plan Around

Grounds care works when you stop having to think about it. The beds look right before the leasing tour, the islands are clean before the board drives in, and anything that needs your attention comes from us first.

That comes from a schedule built around how the property runs, not from a route.

What Commercial Landscape Maintenance Should Do for Your Property

Mowing, edging, and turf care. Bed maintenance, pruning, and mulch. Spring and fall cleanups. Seasonal plantings at the points people look first. Tree and shrub care on a cycle rather than a crisis.

  • The schedule is built around how your property operates.

A retail center that opens at ten needs different timing than a medical campus with a seven a.m. shift change, and a senior living community cannot have blowers running under bedroom windows at breakfast. None of that fits a standard route, so we do not use one.

  • Every visit gets written down.

After a service visit you hear what the crew saw, including the things no one asked about. A drain backing up at the north end. Turf thinning where the delivery trucks cut the corner. The report is written so you can forward it to a board or a regional office without rewriting it first.

  • The scope is agreed before the season starts.

What happens, when it happens, and what falls outside it, all in writing. An extra does not arrive as a surprise line item in July.

  • One contact who knows the site.

The same person, year after year, who knows the property, the board, and what happened last winter.

How a Maintenance Account Starts

We walk the whole property.

The bed you called about, everything around it, and anything else on the site you’ve been wondering about.

You see the scope and the schedule before you sign.

Visit frequency, what is covered, what is not, and what it costs for the year. Nothing begins until that is agreed.

Each season, you hear what the crew sees.

Crews arrive on the schedule you approved, and every visit is documented in a shared record rather than held by one person.

"The facility I manage, West Geauga Self Storage in Novelty, Ohio, contracts year-round. They handle all our outdoor property services; lawn care, landscape maintenance and snow removal. I never have to worry about a thing with them on the job. They are always on time, professional and respectful of our property and tenants."

How Exscape Group Operates on Your Property

01.

One person who knows your property.

You get a single point of contact who stays with your account year-round. Not a rotating queue, not a different name on every email.

02.

The crew serving you is based in your market.

Our branches cover Greater Cleveland and Columbus, so the team on your property is local to it. Local presence is how the company was built, not a byproduct of getting bigger.

03.

Every visit gets written down.

After a service visit you hear what the crew saw, whether it was expected or not. Property history lives in one shared system across every branch, not in one person's truck.

04.

We are still here after the install.

When the first fall arrives and you are wondering what to cut back and what to leave, someone answers. The team that builds your space is the team that cares for it.

05.

We will tell you if we are not the right fit.

If your project is smaller, we will tell you plainly rather than take three weeks to not call you back.

Good Questions, Straight Answers

  • Exscape Group sets visit frequency during the property walk and writes it into the scope before the season begins. Most recurring accounts fall on a weekly or biweekly cycle through the growing season, with cleanups, pruning, and seasonal plantings scheduled separately against the calendar. Frequency is matched to how the property is used rather than to a standard package.
  • Exscape Group proposes work outside the agreed scope before performing it, never after. Enhancements are usually planned against a separate annual allowance, so improvements get approved in advance rather than in a panic.
  • Exscape Group covers multi-property portfolios under a single agreement, with one point of contact across every site served by an Exscape Group branch. The branch closest to each property does the work, and reporting comes through in the same format for every site. A portfolio does not mean a different process at each address.
  • The strongest time to move a maintenance contract is winter, before the growing season commits crews and equipment. Exscape Group takes on mid-season changes regularly as well, starting by walking and documenting the property so its condition is on record before any work begins. That way nobody inherits blame for something they did not create.

Put the Property on a Schedule

Tell us how the site is used and how it changes throughout the year. We will walk the property and come back with a visit schedule, a written scope, and one person who stays with the account.
