Commercial Landscape Design and Build Planned Around Your Budget Year
A commercial landscape package is one line in a larger capital plan, and it is the line every visitor sees. Tenants touring space, families arriving at a campus, patients coming in for an appointment: the grounds are in front of all of them before anything else is.The design is drawn for the whole property, then built in a sequence you can fund and schedule.
What Commercial Landscape Design and Build Should Account For
New construction landscape packages taken from plan through installation and into occupancy. Renovation of existing grounds. Grading and drainage handled as design rather than as damage control. Hardscape, walkways, and gathering areas. Plantings specified for what the site can sustain.

-
Design attention most commercial grounds never get.
The people drawing your site are the same team behind two decades of award-winning design and build work. Commercial properties get that design attention rather than a planting plan assembled off a standard list.
-
It runs on your construction schedule.
On new construction the landscape package is scoped against the occupancy date and sequenced with the rest of the site work, so it is not the trade everyone ends up waiting on.
-
It is built to be maintained.
Plant selections are made against the site's conditions and the crew hours the property will realistically carry. Bed lines are drawn so equipment can work them. A design that cannot be maintained on a commercial budget is not a finished design.
-
It is funded across your budget years.
Phase boundaries are set in the design, so each phase stands on its own and nothing built in year one has to come out to build year three. Capital planning gets a document it can carry forward.
-
The people who specify it maintain it.
Recurring grounds care stays with the same branch on most installed properties, so the plant list and the bed layout are written by the people who will be maintaining them.
How a Commercial Project Is Delivered
We walk the site and agree what it has to do.
Lease, enroll, present at an occupancy date, or simply stop looking the way it has looked. The goal shapes the design, and the budget gets discussed in the same conversation.
You see the design and the number together.
Scope, phasing, materials, and cost in writing before anything is ordered. If the project runs across more than one budget year, the phase boundaries are set here.
We build it, then we maintain it.
Installation runs to the agreed schedule, and the grounds care that follows is handled by the same organization that specified the landscape.
"Amazing designs, amazing execution, and amazing end-product. Project execution was on time and on budget for this large project."

How Exscape Group Operates on Your Property
One person who knows your property.
You get a single point of contact who stays with your account year-round. Not a rotating queue, not a different name on every email.
The crew serving you is based in your market.
Our branches cover Greater Cleveland and Columbus, so the team on your property is local to it. Local presence is how the company was built, not a byproduct of getting bigger.
Every visit gets written down.
After a service visit you hear what the crew saw, whether it was expected or not. Property history lives in one shared system across every branch, not in one person's truck.
We are still here after the install.
When the first fall arrives and you are wondering what to cut back and what to leave, someone answers. The team that builds your space is the team that cares for it.
We will tell you if we are not the right fit.
If your project is smaller, we will tell you plainly rather than take three weeks to not call you back.

Good Questions, Straight Answers
-
Exscape Group starts design work a season ahead of installation, which in practice means beginning the conversation in the fall for spring work. Winter is when there is time to get the design right, secure materials, and schedule crews before the season fills. New construction follows the construction timeline and is scoped against the occupancy date.
-
Exscape Group plans phasing into the design from the start on commercial work. The sequence is set so each phase is complete on its own and none of it has to be undone to build the next. That is what makes a project fundable across more than one capital cycle.
-
Exscape Group handles recurring grounds care on the properties it installs, usually through the same branch. Keeping the design, the installation, and the maintenance under one agreement means the specifications are written by people who will answer for how the landscape performs over time.
-
Exscape Group takes on commercial design and build work at the scale of a full site rather than a single repair, from new construction landscape packages through to renovations of established grounds. Final pricing depends on the scope, the materials, and the current condition of the site, and a written scope and budget are provided before any work begins. Where a site is not a fit, we say so on the first call rather than leave you waiting on a proposal that is not coming.
