Where It Started
Exscape Designs and Green Impressions combined operations in May 2025, and that is where Exscape Group begins.
Bill Dysert had spent two decades building Exscape Designs across Novelty, Chagrin Falls, Gates Mills, and Pepper Pike. Green Impressions had done the same on Cleveland’s west side.

Leadership
Joe Schill and Jim Louth of Green Impressions took leadership roles in the new group and joined its board alongside Dysert.
December 2025 • Central Ohio
Columbus
Three companies joined in December 2025 and brought the group into Central Ohio: WinnScapes, Pony Lawncare and Landscaping, and Shearer Patio and Landscape Services with Polaris Pools. All three owners came in as operating leaders and still lead their markets.
