How a Partnership Comes Together: The Four Steps
01
Connect and explore fit.
A first conversation with no obligation, about the business you have built and what you want the next few years to look like. Nothing is signed and nothing leaves the business development team.
02
Confidential evaluation.
An NDA comes first. From there we review financials, customers and team structure together, and fit gets decided in both directions. Plenty of good companies are not right for this group, and finding that out early is worth more to you than a long conversation that goes nowhere.
03
Terms built around what you want.
A Letter of Intent sets out the structure: a full sale, a partial exit, equity rollover, or a continued leadership role. Diligence and the final agreements follow, and the deal closes.
04
Integration and what comes after.
Finance, HR, payroll, marketing, recruiting, technology, risk management and RFP support move to the group, and your existing vendor relationships stay in place. From there the group keeps investing in the business, alongside a network of other owner-operators.

Ask Before You Need the Answer
The best time to have this conversation is the year before you need to have it. Tell us about the company and what you want out of the next stage, and we will tell you plainly whether there is a fit.
